Final Sale, Return, and Refund Policy

Final Sale Policy

All sales are final after drop-off inspection. Upon delivery, customers are required to inspect the shipping container for any defects or damage in the presence of the delivery team. If the customer accepts the drop-off and confirms that the container is in acceptable condition, the sale is final.

We cannot guarantee the condition of the container after it has been delivered and accepted, and therefore, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted after this point.

Inspection Process

To ensure transparency and customer satisfaction:

  1. Customers must be present during delivery to inspect the container.
  2. Any defects, damages, or discrepancies must be reported immediately to the delivery team before accepting the container.
  3. Once the delivery is signed for and accepted, the container is considered delivered in satisfactory condition.

Exceptions to the Final Sale Policy

We aim to provide exceptional service. However, exceptions may be made in the following cases:

  1. Incorrect Product Delivered
    If you receive the wrong container, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be delivered.

  2. Defective Product Not Detected at Delivery
    If a defect is discovered after delivery that was not visible during the initial inspection:

    • Notify us within 48 hours.
    • Provide detailed photos and a written explanation.
      Exceptions will be handled at our discretion and may include repair or replacement.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only provided in the following situations:

  1. Approved claims for incorrect or defective products.
  2. Situations where we are unable to fulfill an order after payment has been made.

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 business days.

Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and business:

  • All transactions are subject to fraud screening.
  • Orders flagged as fraudulent or high-risk will be canceled, and payments refunded to the original payment method.
